Islamic days begin after the sunset

The new month starts after sight of the 1st crescent. So, an Islamic day is considered started after the sunset. So, if an Islamic day is mentioned by the Gregorian calendar date, it should be considered that the day has been started before the midnight of that day that is on the immediate previous evening.
